The Office of Comprehensive Services is the state agency responsible for the administrative management of Virginia’s Comprehensive Services Act for At-Risk Youth and Families.
The CSA program is governed by the State Executive Council, which is advised by the State and Local Advisory Team. Each of these bodies includes representatives from the private provider community. The current representatives are below.
