Teaching-Parents live and work in a home with 8 adolescents. VHBG is a certified Teaching-Family Model sponsor site. Responsibilities include: teaching social skills, implementing treatment plans, coordinating with various professionals on behalf of youth, providing family-style atmosphere, advocating for adolescents, & managing a home budget. Relevant education in human services field and/or experience with adolescents is preferred. A strong desire to create a lifestyle centered on working with adolescents in a supportive, nurturing home environment is a must. We offer an excellent benefit package.
